Sending encrypted e-mails and attachments from Microsoft Outlook with our File Encryptor is very simple. Simply select ‘Boolebox encrypted e-mail’ instead of creating a new standard e-mail. This option allows to set various restrictions on what the recipient can do with the e-mail and its attachments, giving you more control over the shared data.

01. 256-bit Encryption
You can share files that have boolebox‘s Google Drive encryption with the same sharing procedure you usually use on this platform. Both users who have a File Encryptor license for Google Drive and users who have a Secure File Manager or File Encryptor license for Windows will be able to access the protected files.
02. Advanced functional limitations
To encrypt files with boolebox, simply select the GDrive folder to be monitored and the level of protection applied to the folder by choosing, from the classification rules preset by your company, the most suitable one. All the files inside that folder will be encrypted. Only the users granted permission to that particular classification will access the encrypted files in the way you set.
03. Personal Key
With our Google Drive file protection, you can decide where to save your confidential data: you can leave it within Google Drive, encrypted and protected by boolebox, or you can save it within boolebox space, on a server of your choice, leaving only “placeholders” within your GDrive account from which you can access.
04. Access mode
If your company uses Microsoft 365, you will be able to open Office files secured with File Encryptor for Google Drive with their native application in a secure environment even while they are open. You will also be able to collaborate in real-time on the same document if the protection rules grant this option, maintaining the document protection intact.

Complement Secure File Manager with E-Mail Encryptor for Outlook
