02. Advanced functional limitations
When you send an email with an attachment you can set advanced restrictions on the activities that the recipient can perform on that email/attachment.
Complement Secure File Manager with File Encryptor for Outlook
With Secure File Manager you can also attach one or more files within the e-mail directly from the Outlook service window, without having to download it.
You can edit attachments even after sending, add comments, tasks and annotations, and view the changes made by the recipient. If you change your mind about sending, you can cancel the attachments sent or revoke sharing permissions making them inaccessible to the recipient in real-time.
